Store Policy

1. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made in full prior to services, unless otherwise specified.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

  • All recurring services (e.g., personal training or meal preparation) require a subscription agreement with automatic billing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost).

  • No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.

  • Group sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for completed services.

  • For packages (e.g., training sessions or meal plans), unused portions may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee.

4. Liability & Safety

  • Fuel Vitality is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from failure to follow provided guidance or personal health conditions.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before starting a program.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is confidential and will only be used to provide personalized services.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties.

6. Changes to Policy

  • Fuel Vitality reserves the right to update policies as needed. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.
