1. Payment Policy

Payments must be made in full prior to services, unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

All recurring services (e.g., personal training or meal preparation) require a subscription agreement with automatic billing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost).

No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.

Group sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for completed services.

For packages (e.g., training sessions or meal plans), unused portions may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee.

4. Liability & Safety

Fuel Vitality is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from failure to follow provided guidance or personal health conditions.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before starting a program.
